Remove Duplicate Lines From a List
Use this when a list of names, emails, keywords or IDs has repeats you want gone.
Steps
- Paste the list, one item per line.
- Turn on Ignore case if “Apple” and “apple” should count as the same.
- Check how many duplicates were removed.
- Copy the result or save it as a .txt file.
Good to know
- Only whole lines that repeat are removed. Repeated words within a line are left alone.
- Lines that differ only in extra spaces count as duplicates unless you turn off Ignore extra spaces.
