This policy describes how Quick Easy Tools works as of October 23, 2026. The tools are designed to keep files on your device whenever the task can be handled locally.

Quick Easy Tools currently focuses on client-side processing. The goal is to minimize the amount of personal or file data the service ever needs to receive.

What stays on your device

PDFs, images, audio, video, and text you process in the tools.
Preview data generated inside the tool while you work.
Downloaded outputs created locally by the tool.

What infrastructure may receive automatically

Standard web request metadata such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, and requested URLs.
Basic security and caching information needed to serve the site through Cloudflare.
When you first use the Audio & Video Converter, your browser downloads its conversion engine (ffmpeg) from unpkg.com, a public content delivery network. That provider receives standard request metadata for the download. Your audio and video files are not sent to it.

When you contact us

If you email Quick Easy Tools, the information you send in that email becomes available to us so we can respond. Your email provider also processes that message under its own policies.

Current tracking and monetization status

The site is not intended to run ad tech or payment flows at this time. If the product later introduces advertising, analytics, payments, or other third-party monetization services, this policy will be revised before rollout.

Cookies

Quick Easy Tools sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising. Cloudflare, which delivers the site, may set a strictly necessary security cookie. Choices you make in the tools are saved in your browser’s local storage instead, as described below.

Saved on this device

Some tools remember things for you so you don’t have to redo them. This is stored only in your browser on this device. It is never sent to us or anyone else, and it is used only to provide the feature you used.

Your starred tools and recently used tools.
Settings you chose in a tool, such as an output format or quality.
Signatures you saved in PDF Signer.
Invoice drafts in Invoice Generator, including the business and client details you typed.
Resumes in Resume Builder, including the contact details and work history you typed.
Your personal bests in Typing Speed Test.
A running countdown or stopwatch (with its laps) and the time zones you added in Clock & Timer, so they survive a page reload.
Files you send from one tool to the next, held only until the next tool opens them and deleted after five minutes at most.
Copies of this site’s own pages, code and fonts after you open them, so the tools work offline. Your files and anything you type are never stored in that cache.

Your choices

You can stop using a tool at any time before downloading a result.
You can clear site data and cached files from your browser using normal browser controls.
