Compress an Image for Social Media
Use this when an image is too big to post or takes too long to upload.
Steps
- Open Image Compressor.
- Load the image you want to post.
- Choose a size or quality target.
- Check the preview.
- Download the compressed version.
Good to know
- Lower quality and smaller dimensions give a smaller file, but go too far and the image looks worse.
- JPEG files are usually smaller, but JPEG cannot keep transparent areas.
