Convert a WebP to PNG for Design Handoff

Use this when an image editor or design tool will not open WebP.

Steps
  1. Open Image Converter.
  2. Add the WebP file.
  3. Choose PNG as the output format.
  4. Check the preview for any changes.
  5. Download the PNG file.
Good to know
  • Converting changes the file type. Some features, like transparency or animation, may not carry over to the new format.
  • PNG opens almost everywhere but is often larger than the WebP original.
