Generate a Password Without Symbols
Use this when a site or device will not accept symbols in a password.
Steps
- Turn off Symbols.
- Raise the length to make up for the smaller character set.
- Check the strength label.
- Copy the password.
Good to know
- Without symbols each character is a little weaker, so a few extra characters keep the same strength.
- Every character type you leave on appears at least once.
