Clean a PDF Before Archiving
Use this when a PDF is going into an archive or records system.
Steps
- Open PDF Cleanup.
- Load the PDF.
- Select the cleanup actions you need.
- Review the result.
- Download the cleaned file.
Good to know
- This removes metadata and saves a fresh copy of the PDF. It does not shrink the images inside, so the file may not get much smaller.
- Any size savings vary from file to file and are often small.
