Remove Extra Spaces From Text
Use this when pasted text has double spaces, tabs or trailing spaces you want gone.
Steps
- Paste the text.
- Keep Trim line edges and Collapse repeated spaces on.
- Turn on Remove blank lines if you want those gone too.
- Copy the cleaned text.
Good to know
- Two or more spaces or tabs in a row become one space. Line breaks between paragraphs are kept unless you remove blank lines.
- Changes shows each removed space as a dot, so you can check nothing important went.
