Resize a Signature to Under 50 KB for MPSC
Use this when the MPSC profile rejects your signature because the file is too large or not a JPG.
Steps
- Sign in black ink on blank white paper, photograph or scan it, and crop close around the signature.
- Choose the image. The MPSC rules, JPG at most 50 KB, are already filled in.
- Press Fix it, then read the second check of the new file.
- Save it, and rename it to 10 characters or fewer before you upload, for example sign.jpg.
Good to know
- MPSC asks for a signature about 3.5 cm wide by 1.5 cm tall with no watermark or app name on it. The tool does not set that shape, so crop close around the signature first.
- These rules are from the instructions on the MPSC online portal. Check them before you apply, since they can change; passing here cannot promise the signature will be accepted.
