Resize a Signature to 10–20 KB for IBPS

Use this when the IBPS form rejects your signature because the file is too large or not a JPG.

Steps
  1. Sign in black ink on white paper, not in capital letters, then photograph or scan it and crop close around the signature.
  2. Choose the image. The IBPS rules, JPG at most 20 KB, are already filled in.
  3. Press Fix it, then read the second check of the new file.
  4. Check that the saved file is at least 10 KB, then upload it.
Good to know
  • IBPS asks for 10 to 20 KB and names 140 × 60 px as the preferred size. A signature shrunk to exactly 140 × 60 px comes out far under 10 KB, so this page keeps more pixels and fills the file close to 20 KB. The tool does not check the minimum, so look at the saved size.
  • These rules are from the IBPS PO/MT-XVI and Clerk (CSA-XVI) 2026 notifications. Check the notification for your recruitment; passing here cannot promise the signature will be accepted.
